TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Il ruolo comprende le seguenti attività:

- Supporto tecnico alla rete CAT per grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici, e/- diretto;
- Supporto tecnico alle attività del Call Center per la gestione della problematica con lend user;
- Valutazione/autorizzazione delle richieste di sostituzione prodotto inbound dalla rete di assistenza;
- Consultazione e utilizzo della documentazione técnica su sistemi informatici aziendali esplosi, schemi elettrici, liste parti di ricambio;
- Interfaccia diretta con il main supplier per il recupero di informazioni tecniche;
- Coordinamento con il team interno per la gestione delle attività correlate al service.

Si richiedono le seguenti competenze:

- BackgroConfidenzialecnico preferibilmente nel settore eldom, con focus sulservizio di assistenza;
- Dimestichezza nellimpiego di App per dispositivi ;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare
- Ottime capacità espositive e relazionali;
- Organizzazione del proprio lavoro in autonomia e nel rispetto delle scadenze;
- Capacità di lavoro per obiettivi.
