The Store Manager role has the mission to lead the store, drive the business, manage and motivate the team, create a unique client experience to reach sales goals and optimize productivity.
Key Accountabilities

Acts as a mentor and a strong staff motivator, building teamwork and retaining the staff in store Engages and motivates the team to strive towards a common goal Helps the team exceeds results by coaching, supporting, influencing, and delegatingDRIVING SALES
Guarantees the achievement of Team/Individual Sales and clienteling Targets Maximizes the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with Company strategy Drives the team to be daring by ensuring they cross sell and use selling techniques to maximize opportunitiesCLIENT EXPERIENCE
Represents Bottega Veneta fully, creating connections and developing a strong client portfolio Helps the team to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best in class service in alignment with company standards Builds effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customersSTORE OPERATIONS
Maintains the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirements Guarantees to follow Company policies and procedures, and ensures team members are informed accordinglyWho you are
