col-wideJob Description:Synergie Italia SPA, filiale di Milano Cadorna, ricerca per azienda cliente del settore energetico un valido profilo da inquadrare comeINSURANCE SPECIALIST, con esperienza nel ruolo.La risorsa, inserita nel teamFinancial Risk Management & Insurance,si occuperà dellagestione delle polizze assicurative del gruppo e dei dipendentioccupandosi nello specifico di:Verificareadeguatezza delle polizze assicurative, le rispettive scadenze ed eventuali rinnovi;Predisporre documentazione perufficio garee le relativeattività di reportistica;Gestire rapporti con fornitori e clienti interni;Inserire nel sistema gestionale di contabilità gli ordini di lavorodel team Insurance;Seguire la gestione contabile per lostanziamento dei costie il pagamento deipremi assicurativi;Assicurare rispetto delle scadenze coordinando le consegne dei dati all'interno del team;Garantire al team lacondivisione delle informazioniricevute dall'azienda in merito alla gestione di nuovi processi.Il profilo ricercato possiede i seguenti requisiti:Esperienzapregressa nellagestione di polizze assicurative per grandi aziende;Laurea in materie economiche e/o diploma di scuola superiore;Ottima conoscenza delPacchetto Office - in particolare Excel - e SAP;Buona conoscenza della linguainglese;Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.Luogo di lavoro:Milano SudOrario di lavoro:Full Timeda Lunedì a VenerdìSi offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione.
