Stiamo cercando unǝ Sales Associate che sarà inseritǝ all'interno della boutique di Firenze per supporto estivo e che riporterà direttamente allo Store Manager.

La tua opportunità

Nel ruolo di Sales Associate, sarai inseritǝ all'interno del Team Sales della boutique di Firenze.

Ti occuperai di accoglienza e assistenza alla vendita, supporto agli altri venditori, riassortimenti e riordino. Gestirai la clientela locale ed internazionale, offrendo una consulenza sul prodotto e sul brand.

Nel tuo ruolo, dovrai rappresentare i
_behavior_ di Balenciaga e coinvolgere attivamente i clienti.

Come contribuirai
- Finalizzare gli obiettivi di vendita in linea con la strategia aziendale
- Utilizzare tecniche di vendita efficaci, per massimizzare il potenziale di business della boutique, e fornire l'eccellenza nel servizio al cliente e nel servizio post-vendita
- Contribuire a costruire un clima di lavoro positivo e un team fondato sulla condivisione delle informazioni e delle best practice
- Mantenere un comportamento conforme agli standard di servizio, all'immagine e ai valori di Balenciaga
- Promuovere la cultura del brand internamente ed esternamente ed assicurare l'eccellenza nell'esperienza al cliente
- Raccogliere ed aggiornare le informazioni dei clienti per garantire un uso efficiente del CRM e del Client Book e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti
- Sostenere il rispetto delle norme e delle procedure aziendali

Chi sei
- Un' esperienza precedente nella vendita assistita all'interno di contesti di moda, di lusso e di pelletteria rappresenterà un plus
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, doti relazionali
- Sensibilità verso il prodotto, buona conoscenza dei trend di mercato e della moda, orientamento ai risultati commerciali
- Flessibilità, apertura, curiosità, capacità di ascolto, resistenza allo stress
- Predisposizione alla vendita assistita e a lavorare in team
- Padronanza delle competenze digitali
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese
