The Technical Training Department has several objectives developed along four streams:

supporting the evolution of the Machinery Regulation from a digital perspective;

managing the fulfilment of the delivery phase, by adding technical training on solutions;

completing the portfolio of after-sales services, with up- and re-skilling courses on usage, programming and maintenance;

enabling the Digital Transformation paths in Manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert in robotics and automation systems with strong interpersonal skills who wants to enter the world of education and get involved in the construction of innovative and important training projects for the future of the world of work. He/she will be integrated into the Academy team which is a very smart and interdisciplinary team characterized by strong accountability, great execution, flexibility and interdisciplinarity.

Duties and Responsibilities

(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all an inclusive list)

Main areas of responsibilities are:

Manage technical training by relating to customers

Govern the delivery of the course (installation and set-up, delivery and evaluation, management of the LMS platform)

Contribute to developing the faculty of external and internal teachers and manage the Train the trainer

Help manage and develop equipment, teaching materials and training technologies

Collect requests for technical training from customers and the market and build technical offers

Collaborate with the Academy team to optimize the proposal, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction

Attending business development and sales meetings with customers and suppliers and preparing the related documentation

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrate a thorough excellent knowledge and skills in

Industrial robotics

Fieldbus and I/O Communication

PLC

Programming robotic systems (PDL2) and similar

Programming Python

Maintenance of robotic systems

New 4.0 technologies

Comprehension of the entire manufacturing process

Passion for staying updated on industry advancements and emerging trends

Passion for the development and implementation of new educational solutions

Behavioral Competencies

Excellent public speaking

Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Production, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering

Previous experiences

Proven experience in the field of installation, commissioning and maintenance of robotics and automation system

Languages

Fluency in English

A second language is considered a plus
