Per fra crescere la nostra azienda, e più nello specifico il team Product support, documentation e training, in vista di un cambiamento culturale verso un supporto attivo che prevenga e anticipi situazioni problematiche, siamo alla ricerca di una nuova figura:
**PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST - Junior**:
La persona ricercata ha passione per la tecnologia e la formazione técnica; il suo obiettivo sarà quello di creare, aggiornare e manutenere contenuti tecnici di prodotto.

Il suo compito principale sarà quello di creare la documentazione técnica dei software sviluppati dall'azienda a supporto dell'utilizzatore finale, effettuando simulazioni dei processi descritti; si occuperà di organizzare e catalogare i documenti nella WIKI di Prodotto e gestirà corsi di formazione erogati tramite piattaforma e-learning aziendale o in presenza, rivolti a team interni, partner e clienti nazionali ed internazionali.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Ottima esperienza dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office)
Interesse per il settore tecnologico
Pensiero analitico e apprendimento rapido
Eccellenti doti comunicative
Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli al fine di mantenere ed implementare la qualità della documentazione

Conoscenza di analisi di processi
Esperienza nella gestione di documentazione
Dimistichezza Software Jira/confluence
Public speaking
Interesse per la creazione di video demo/webinar
Conoscenza programmi di editing foto e video
