The opening 5-Star Resort "Salò Sì" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.


This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 1 Pizzeria Gourmet, 2 Bars, a Meeting room and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.


The POOL RUNNER reports directly to the SPA Manager and synergically cooperates with the other SPA members (the SPA therapists-Cosmetologists, the SPA Receptionists, the Hairdresser and the Masseurs/Masseuses) in compliance with the Company standards, hygiene regulations, demonstrating high passion for service, great attention to details, proactivity, punctuality and team working.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting Guests courteously and efficiently according to Company standards, for example distributing the fresh towels and pulling back the used ones;
  • Anticipating Guests' requests and needs;
  • Guaranteeing that the swimming pools ́ areas are clean and tidy at all the times;
  • Ensuring all pool furnitures are neatly arranged and cleaned;
  • Signalling eventual maintenance needs to Maintenance Department;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues of other Departments providing timely assistance.

  • Technical Institute/Hotel School diploma with high grade,
  • At least 1 year in a similar position in 4 or 5Star Hotels,
  • Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (especially German),
  • Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,
  • Flexibility and openness to cooperate with colleagues of different departments,
  • Lifeguard Certification is preferable,
  • Legal right to work in Italy.
