Per il potenziamento dell'area HR della Divisione Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) siamo alla ricerca di un **HR Business Partner**, a diretto riporto dell'HR Manager di Divisione.
**Posizione**:
Entrando nel team HR BPO, avrai la possibilità di essere **dedicat* a una o più linee di business della Divisione** e ti occuperai di tutto ciò che riguarda la **gestione** delle risorse umane, la **selezione** del personale, e le **relazioni interne**, declinando le linee guida di Divisione nelle aree aziendali di riferimento e identificandone le specifiche esigenze.
Come HR Business Partner avrai la possibilità di:
- gestire l'intero processo di selezione e supportare i manager nella fase di inserimento della persona scelta;
- gestire la valutazione delle performance e pianificare i piani di formazione e di sviluppo in collaborazione con i manager
- fungere da punto di riferimento per le persone e per i manager nella gestione e risoluzione di situazioni complesse
- supportare i manager nella presa di decisioni riguardanti la gestione del personale (rinnovi contrattuali, compensation)
- fornire consulenza alla linea manageriale relativamente al contratto collettivo di lavoro applicato
- gestire il coordinamento tra la linea di business (manager e dipendenti) e l'area HR di Divisione.
Sarai inserit* in un contesto dinamico, in cui saranno valorizzate le tue doti di empatia e di assertività, la tua adattabilità e le tue doti di problem solving. Collaborerai con un team eterogeneo, dislocato in più sedi diverse e dedicato a contesti differenti.
