Job Title: Internal Audit Stage at Carraro

Carraro is an international leading group in transmission systems for off-highway vehicles and specialized tractors. The Group's activities are divided into two Business Areas:

• Transmission systems (axles and transmissions) and components mainly for agricultural machinery and earthmoving, as well as a wide range of gears for highly diversified sectors: from automotive to material handling, from agricultural applications to earthmoving.
• Specialized tractors (vineyard and orchard, between 60 and 100 horsepower) aimed at third parties and engineering services aimed at designing innovative ranges of tractors.

The Group is based in Campodarsego (Padova), employs approximately 4,000 people – of which about 1800 in Italy – and has production facilities in Italy (4), India, China, and Argentina.

As part of the DRW STEM Girls, Carraro is looking for graduates or recent graduates in STEM fields.

Carraro Group offers an Internal Audit Stage. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with our colleagues in the Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance area, following an analysis project aimed at identifying a common basis for three main areas of activity:

• Assessment of the company's Internal Control System (ICS);
• Assessment of business risks (ERM enterprise risk management);
• Management of an Organizational Model 231.
• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, and Law;
• Excellent command of the Office package;
• Fluent in English;
• Interpersonal relationship skills and team working orientation;
• Communication and work organization skills.
