Job Description

Our commercial department is on the lookout for a new team member. We need someone with a mix of technical and sales skills, great at negotiating, analyzing situations critically, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. The core task is to identify and deliver the best technical solutions based on project requirements and market trends.

Activity description:

  • Assisting commercial teams in defining technical offers aligning with customer needs, focusing on Mobile and Industrial sectors for new projects related to Compact Hydraulic products.
  • Promoting CH products through technical presentations and training sessions for customers and sales teams.
  • Participating in trade events and sales meetings.
  • Working closely with customers and internal departments like product management, engineering, and quality assurance for product development and production.
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supporting technical departments in prototype development and testing.
  • Cooperating with Quality department to address customer complaints.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Background in plumbing or mechanical engineering is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must, and a willingness to travel is required. Familiarity with MS Office tools is also preferred.

The exact location will be discussed during the interview process, with a chance of placement in one of our three plants (Vezzano sul Crostolo, Pavullo nel Frignano, Nonantola).
