Within the Sustainability & Innovation department we're looking for a Project Management Office Specialist to bring process & methodologies and steer the development of new business opportunities (overall PMO & Governance) in the Innovation portfolio through a cross functional approach.

Initial focus will be on Energy Communities business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and steer the projects and the cross functional team for all relevant innovation initiatives
  • Evaluate investments (including financial, economical, technical and marketing perspective) and prepare business cases in coordination with main involved areas;
  • Engagement and steering of all relevant functions;
  • Steer and support business work plans to define appropriate actions and track issues and risks;
  • Reporting on project trends and results and manage SAL meetings & presentations;
  • Delivery and maintenance of all relevant recurring documentation (also financial)
  • Support in defining and designing the aspired processes, journeys and best technical platforms or digital solutions;
  • Understand regulatory frameworks and support in identify business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Management engineering, Economics, Management or equivalent;
  • Up to 45 years of relevant experience preferably in consultancy firm or in similar company roles (background in Energy sector is a plus);
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Excellent Process and Methodology applied to business cases
  • Knowledge of Financials
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex problems
  • Proactive, selfdisciplined and wellorganized work style
  • Strong communication & teamwork
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Excellent English knowledge
