- raccolta dei fabbisogni e delle richieste interne per definire le migliori strategie di gestione del Personale
- implementazione dei processi in ambito HR al fine di garantire il raggiungimento dei loro obiettivi organizzativi e di business aziendali;
- gestione delle attività di recruiting coerenti con le tempistiche ed il budget definiti;
- gestione delle partnership con i fornitori esterni quali società di ricerca e selezione, Università e centri per l'impiego;
- impostazione di strategie di Employer Branding e Talent Attraction;
- definizione delle attività di Organizzazione, Formazione e Sviluppo del personale;
- supervisione dei processi in area Amministrazione e Payroll in collaborazione con la struttura aziendale;
