Our HR Department is looking for a new position of
Labour Relations Specialist,_ _responsible for activities related to employment contracts and labour law diligence and compliance, such as the management of the regulatory and managerial relationships between people and the employer, the monitoring of the legal compliance of HR templates and standards, keeping the focus on the entire process, in order to identify continuous improvements and optimizations.

We are looking for a motivated person that will take care of the following activities and will have the following requirements:
- management and supervision of HR contracts activities (employment and/or independent contracts);
- monitoring and oversight of HR Admin internal processes and fluxes of information in compliance with internal and external labour regulations;
- management of regulatory updates on Labour Law;
- providing advice to operational staff, contributing legal knowledge and skills to resolve issues related to organization, personnel administration, and the management of individual cases;
- management of legal/disciplinary proceedings;
- writing HR opinions on labour regulation;
- litigation management of potential extrajudicial and judicial work;
- management of potential trade union relations and minutes of agreement;
- continuous focus on process flows efficiency and optimization, in collaboration with our IT function;
- a minimum of 5 years work experience as Labour Relations Specialist;
- Italian speaking but fluent in the English language;
- teamworking attitude;
- excellent organizational and planning skills.
Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
Some fiscal benefit could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researches/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).
