HR BUSINESS PARTNER

La risorsa, a riporto dell'HR Director di plant e coordinando direttamente una risorsa per la parte più operativa, avrà la responsabilità di gestione e sviluppo delle attività in ambito HR:

  • Supporto alle decisioni aziendali proponendo soluzioni in materia di sviluppo del personale
  • Talent con un focus importante su attraction & sourcing in particolare per la parte operations
  • On boarding
  • supervisione dei processi in area Amministrazione e Payroll in collaborazione con la struttura aziendale
  • Gestione dei lavoratori nei picchi stagionali in collaborazione con altre funzioni aziendali
  • Gestione della relazione con i fornitori in ambito HR

REQUISITI

  • Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche
  • Esperienza di 2-3 anni nel ruolo preferibilmente in aziende produttive
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

Risulta un plus la conoscenza del francese.

Completano il profilo attenzione alle risorse, capacità di agire all'interno dei processi e predisposizione all'implementazione di processi e procedure, capacità organizzative, comunicazione efficace, capacità di relazionarsi con diversi interlocutori, dinamicità e problem solving
