- Skilled in building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders of various seniority levels within the organization.
- Proficient in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Data-driven decision-making approach towards problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable in implementing plans within set budgets and business priorities following IKEA values.
- Effective communication skills in Italian and English (from B2 level).

Responsibilities:
- Utilize available tools and data analysis for effective people planning in the unit.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and People&Culture Managers to review vacancies against headcount.
- Support the development of digital people planning solutions.
- Implement people planning strategies following Country P&C guidelines.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure schedules meet co-worker empowerment and budget requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement in planning processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between unit and Service Office for best practices sharing.
- Support co-worker talent development through multi-skilling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to IKEA employment standards and local legislation.
- Lead the scheduling process aligned with the unit's hours forecast.
