I senior associate ed i partner di DLA Piper del dipartimento Litigation di Roma, forniscono assistenza a multinazionali e grandi società italiane in contenziosi commerciali, finanziari e immobiliari, societari e bancari, di elevato valore e complessità. Il team svolge attività stragiudiziale, quali consulenza, pareristica o di due diligence nei settori di competenza.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistenza con elevato grado di autonomia nella redazione di atti giudiziali e pareri nei settori di competenza Analisi autonoma di accordi contrattuali e altra documentazione del casoRicerche giurisprudenziali e normative e conseguente predisposizione in autonomia di opinion e proposte di soluzioni del casoAssistenza nelle attività di due diligence Partecipazione alle udienze e all'incontro con il cliente insieme all'associate/partner responsabileGestione autonoma, in coordinamento con il senior lawyer, della relazione con i clienti e l'aggiornamento sulla pratica Gestione e organizzazione del lavoro dei trainee del team Costante coordinamento con il senior lawyer per la condivisione della strategia e la gestione complessiva del lavoro, e aggiornamento interno sullo stato delle pratiche affidate

ABOUT YOU

Neo-avvocato abilitato da almeno 1 anno all'esercizio della professione forense in Italia Ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseOttime capacità di scrittura sia in italiano che in inglesePrecedente esperienza di almeno un anno e mezzo nella predisposizione di atti e pareri, nel contenzioso civile/commerciale e nella ricerca giurisprudenzialeDeciso interesse nel contenzioso civile (in particolare societario e finanziario)Grande dedizione al lavoro, anche in condizioni di stress, ambizione a confrontarsi con un ambiente stimolante e sfidantePredisposizione ad offrire costante impegno personale; attitudine all'apprendimento, affidabilitàForte predisposizione al lavoro in teamSpirito di iniziativa, passione per la professione forenseCostituisce titolo preferenziale nella selezione, precedente esperienza nel dipartimento del Contenzioso in Studio internazionale
