Medical Care Controlling Trainee
Supporto al Business Finance Partner di Pierre Fabre Pharma (Settore Farmaceutico - aree Medical Care e Oncologia) - nelle seguenti attività:
- collaborare con il Business Finance Partner di Pierre Fabre Pharma e il CFO Italy nella definizione, adattamento ed invio a casa Madre del Budget 2024 con un focus specifico nell'analisi dei costi di struttura e di staff.
- Predisposizione dei template di Budget da inviare a Casa Madre secondo le specifiche e tempistiche ricevute.
Obiettivi formativi e competenze da acquisire
- Acquisire Conoscenze/ Sviluppare Competenze relativamente al controllo e forecasting delle Operating Expenses
- Capacità di analizzare i risultati, calcolare gli scostamenti, analizzare le cause degli scostamenti e produrre reporting per il controller.
- Comprensione dei processi di budgeting e forecasting
- Autonomia nella gestione delle attività assegnate con supervisione
