Position:

The position is located in Fermo.

Main Responsibilities

  • Starting form style office drawings, evaluate all types of construction and applied materials;
  • Develop models on shape and make the models with CAD and follow the directions for proper production of the product;
  • Solve the problems of industrialization of the product and identify the most suitable working methods;
  • Collaborate with the product development team and other business departments.

Profile:

  • Prior experience (at least 57 years) as a woman shoes patter maker;
  • Knowledge of materials and components with which the shoes are made;
  • Good knowledge of product development, cutting, stitching and assembly processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD;
  • Strong attention to details and luxury sense;
  • Good organizational and relational skills;
  • Problem solving;
  • Team working;
  • Flexibility.
