About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a PHP Backend Developer who will play a key role on our product development team by helping develop our award-winning, AI-powered Suite.

Your contributions will directly impact the growth and future of Docebo. Our team believes in a positive work-life balance and in doing challenging, yet impactful work.

Software Development Manager

Location:
Biassono or Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Develop the main Docebo LMS products in a service-oriented environment, using PHP and MySQL as the main code baseMeet challenging deadlines in biweekly sprintsFollow project development and manage tasks related to the project's implementationDevelop code with a focus on quality, working closely with QA and with a TDD approachWork in an Agile, Scrum international team with other backend and frontend developersRequirements: 2+ years of experience and a deep understanding of web applicationsDemonstrated strong knowledge of PHP, SQL and/or NoSQL databasesExperience developing REST APIsFamiliarity with MVC frameworksInterest in new technologies: Docker, AWS, Enterprise Level ApplicationsStrong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skillsAbility to look at your development within a product use case and measure quality upon itAbility to properly document your code in English and make it reusable to other teamsA codeplex or github link attached to the applicationNice to have:Knowledge of HTML5, SASS, Angular 2+, ReduxExperience in a Cloud or SaaS development environmentBachelor's degree in Computer SciencePrevious as a programmer analyst#LI-Hybrid
