Cerchiamo un/una Head Of Human Rights Impact Division che, in accordo con i valori, la mission e le policy di riferimento del Movimento globale, ottimizzerà la capacità di impatto delle attività di Amnesty International Italia (AIIT) nella promozione e nella difesa dei diritti umani, includendo lo sviluppo di relazioni ed il coinvolgimento degli stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Il/La ruolo di Head of Human Rights Impact prevede le seguenti responsabilità e attività:

  • In collaborazione con la Direzione Generale, contribuisce attivamente alla definizione della direzione strategica dell'organizzazione, offrendo prospettive e competenze specifiche in materia di diritti umani.
  • Coordina e orienta secondo uno stile partecipativo ed inclusivo le attività delle Unit all'interno della Divisione HRI assicurando che siano allineate agli obiettivi e valori dell'Organizzazione, al fine di massimizzare l'impatto dell'azione di AIIT sui diritti umani, secondo gli obiettivi organizzativi definiti.
  • Assicura che l'allocazione complessiva delle risorse umane, finanziarie e materiali dell'intera Divisione HRI sia funzionale al raggiungimento degli obiettivi organizzativi.
  • Gestisce le risorse umane favorendo lo sviluppo di capacità e competenze adeguate ad affrontare un contesto sfidante e a realizzare il cambiamento
  • In relazione ai temi della Divisione, contribuisce a progettare ed implementare le strategie ed i piani d'azione dell'Organizzazione, assicurando coerenza nel lavoro delle Unit che compongono la Divisione.
  • Sviluppa le relazioni con partner esterni, istituzioni governative e altre organizzazioni della società civile per promuovere la mission e gli obiettivi dell'organizzazione e per identificare opportunità di collaborazione e cooperazione.
Requisiti
  • Laurea preferibilmente in studi umanistici, ideale se con successive specializzazioni nel campo dei diritti umani.
  • Almeno dieci anni di esperienza professionale in ruoli apicali in organizzazioni della società civile con mansioni simili, preferibilmente in movimenti/organizzazioni internazionali.
  • Esperienza quindicinale nella gestione, con vari gradi di responsabilità, di campagne nazionali di sensibilizzazione, advocacy, educazione ai diritti umani e attivismo (gestione volontari).

  • Problem solving: capacità di fornire risposte e soluzioni efficaci in maniera creativa;
  • Gestione delle priorità e visione d'insieme: capacità di rilevare le interconnessioni in un determinato contesto o situazione, al fine di identificare le priorità e valutare le azioni più efficaci da intraprendere;
  • Pensiero analitico: capacità di prendere in analisi fatti, fonti, prove e osservazioni per arrivare a formulare un'opinione;
  • Apprendimento continuo: saper favorire e implementare un clima di apprendimento. Sviluppare e migliorare se stessi e gli altri per raggiungere gli obiettivi condivisi.

Competenze tecniche

  • Solida conoscenza ed esperienza nel lavoro di tutela e promozione dei diritti umani in ambito nazionale ed internazionale.
  • Capacità di sviluppare e implementare strategie efficaci nei vari ambiti di riferimento: campagne di sensibilizzazione, advocacy, educazione ai diritti umani e attivismo (gestione volontari).
  • Abilità nell' identificare nuove aree di collaborazione, nuove sfide e tendenze emergenti e trovare conseguenti soluzioni di risposta.
  • Capacità di gestire e pianificare attività complesse, assegnare risorse e monitorare il progresso verso gli obiettivi prefissati.
  • Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace, sia oralmente che per iscritto, con vari stakeholder, inclusi membri del team, partner esterni, media e pubblico in generale.
  • Abilità nel gestire relazioni positive e costruttive con partner, istituzioni governative, organizzazioni della società civile e altri attori rilevanti interni ed esterni all'Organizzazione.
  • Competenze nel monitorare e valutare l'impatto delle attività relative ai diritti umani, utilizzando indicatori chiave di performance e metriche di successo.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese sia parlata che scritta.
