Job Description Il Team Leader HW&Lab Electronics (m/f), dovrà occuparsi di coordinare il team di sviluppo HW e PCB di prodotti elettronici e gestire la pianificazione e l'esecuzione delle prove di laboratorio. Nel dettaglio dovrà:
supportare i Project Leader nella definizione del master plan di progetto relativo alle attività di progettazione HW (supportando anche la fase di preventivazione) e alle attività di test di laboratorio;partecipare alle riunioni di progetto con cliente, fungendo da interfaccia per le attività di progettazione HW;supervisionare l'esecuzione della progettazione HW e PCB, interfacciandosi anche con i partner esterni al fine di garantire le tempistiche;gestire la pipeline del laboratorio relativa ai piani di test dei progetti, e supervisionare l'esecuzione delle prove (Test Elettrici, Prove EMC) previste dalla Normativa;guidare la preparazione degli audit di terze parti. Competenze ed esperienza Il Team Leader HW&Lab Electronics (m/f), ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:
Comprovata esperienza come Team Leader;Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione HW e PCB per prodotti industriali;Conoscenza del piano e dell'esecuzione dei test di laboratorio per prodotti industriali;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1).
