Composite Department Manager (M/F/d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

As a
Composite Department Manager, you will be part of our international team in Fano which is currently made of 36 driven individuals coming from different paths of life/backgrounds and countries.
- The role is responsible for management of a production team in the composite department to ensure ongoing business improvement through: Cost Reduction, Process Developments, Quality and internal organization._
As a Composite Department Manager your responsibilities are:_**- Construction and control of high performance components in composite material, using different processes like infusion and manual lamination.
This includes effective people management (internal and external firms), training, development, performance and planning.- Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing standards, efficiency of engineering costs (materials and labor) and quality, ensure and respect engineering integrity.
- Produce weekly reports, in accordance with the production plan and with the technical definition.
- Identify production problems by facilitating/using the corrective technical actions necessary for problem solving, in agreement with the production manager and the technical office.
- Define the internal weekly program in compliance with the general plan, and manage the resources (Foreman, Team Leader, external resources) and also the entire internal department (warehouse, lamination, finishing, bodywork).
- Constant control for all components in compliance with decisions, data sheets, timing, quality.
- Collaborate with all company departments (production manager, technical office, administration, human resources, safety, etc.).

Requirements:

- have significant and demonstrable experience managing teams of Composite Manufacturing, including a track record of improving quality, reducing cost and other associated improvements in projects.
- have the ability to solve problems and provide robust solutions to problems.
- have the ability to manage multiple complex assignments and priorities to achieve results.
- have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and share relevant information, ideas and plans at all levels of the business.
- have in depth working knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies relating to composites within the naval domain.
- have experience of managing New Product / Process Introduction (industrialization)
- are fluent in Italian
