Mechanical Assembly Operator

- Assemblaggio di gruppi meccanici, e di macchinari industriali.
- Recependo le direttive del Capocommessa o del Responsabile di Reparto, si occupa delle fasi di predisposizione materiale, montaggio, collaudo in sede, smontaggio, installazione presso il cliente e successivo collaudo se previsto.
- Assembla i componenti meccanici in conformità al disegno esecutivo, al progetto di assieme, seguendo gli schemi e le istruzioni operative aziendali.
- Segnala e riporta al Capocommessa o al Responsabile di Reparto le non conformità, i malfunzionamenti o i difetti di produzione.
- Compie aggiustaggi utilizzando gli attrezzi e utensili in dotazione (chiavi, trapano, avvitatore, smerigliatrice, saldatrice sparachiodi) in caso di non conformità su prodotti di produzione interna o per migliorie in conformità alle specifiche tecniche.
- Esegue, affiancato dal Capocommessa o dal Responsabile di Reparto, il collaudo funzionale dei sottogruppi o per la performance delle macchine (FAT e SAT).
- Esegue lo smontaggio e l'imballaggio dei macchinari.
- Mantiene in ordine i materiali, l'attrezzatura assegnata o comune, la pulizia della propria postazione nell'isola di montaggio, nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e del metodo 5S.
- Diploma professionale o superiore ad indirizzo tecnico meccanico.
- Conoscenza del disegno meccanico.
- Attitudine al lavoro manuale e all'utilizzo di piccoli strumenti (es. avvitatore, cacciaviti, chiavi).
- Capacità di apprendimento e di seguire le istruzioni.
- Gestione del tempo.
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e al problem solving.
- Disponibilità a trasferte e a flessibilità di orario.
- Precisione e puntualità.
- Inglese: buona conoscenza a livello scritto e parlato.
- Da zero anni a tre anni in una mansione analoga.
