**Docplanner**, presente in Italia come ****, è una realtà consolidata a livello internazionale e leader nel mercato delle prenotazioni online per la sanità privata, con uffici a Roma, Varsavia, Barcellona e Istanbul.
Ad oggi siamo alla ricerca di un Retention Specialist, che lavorerà all'interno del team dedicato alla Customer Retention.
Il nuovo **Retention Specialist** si occuperà di contattare proattivamente i nostri clienti, telefonicamente o tramite mail, per la proposizione di offerte commerciali ad hoc volte a trattenere in customer base il maggior numero di clienti.
Descrizione del lavoro
**Attività previste dal ruolo**:
- Assicurare il costante aumento dei tassi di retention
- Recuperare il rapporto contrattuale nel periodo disdetta del software gestionale rivolto a medici e professionisti che operano in ambito sanitario in base al target mensile individuale assegnato
- Gestire la retention dei clienti on board attraverso la reiterazione dei motivi per cui si sono iscritti e la valorizzazione dei vantaggi offerti dal nostro servizio
- Analizzare ed efficientare la customer experience dei nostri clienti in collaborazione con gli account manager dedicati al post-vendita
Qualifiche
**Requirements**:
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Google Suite
- Forte attenzione al cliente e spiccata attitudine commerciale
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi mensili
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Ottime capacità di negoziazione
- Ottima capacità di problem solving
Il Retention Specialist che cerchiamo possiede una forte determinazione e orientamento al risultato, sa lavorare in contesti sfidanti e possiede eccellenti abilità commerciali.
