**LA POSIZIONE**
Al fine di ampliare il nostro organico siamo alla ricerca di un profilo **Business Developer - CX & Analytics services.**
La persona selezionata farà parte del nostro team Sales e lavorerà come diretto riporto del CEO confrontandosi con clienti a livello nazionale e internazionale.
**COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ**
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita efficaci, che si allinei con i nostri prodotti e servizi di consulenza e tecnologia, garantendo una crescita dei ricavi costante e un'espansione del mercato.
- Identificare potenziali clienti, instaurare contatti e generare nuove opportunità di business;
- Elaborare proposte commerciali mirate, allineate alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti, garantendo elevati standard di soddisfazione;
- Contattare potenziali clienti e gestire il processo di vendita dalla fase iniziale alla chiusura del contratto;
- Creare proposte commerciali personalizzate basate sull'analisi delle esigenze del cliente e allineare i team di delivery per garantirne il successo;
- Esplorare il mercato per individuare nuove opportunità di business in diversi settori e fornire input per migliorare l'efficacia delle offerte aziendali.

**CHI STIAMO CERCANDO?**
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o affini;
- 8-10 anni di esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Business Developer in contesti consulenziali o tecnologici;
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (C1), sia nella comunicazione orale che scritta, essenziale per interagire efficacemente con clienti e colleghi a livello internazionale;
- Buona conoscenza delle soluzioni e dei servizi digitali, inclusi software, hardware e tecnologie emergenti, con la capacità di tradurre concetti tecnici in proposte di valore;
- Mentalità analitica ed abitudine a gestire l'attività commerciale avendo i dati di mercato e del funnel di vendita come solidi riferimenti;
- Esperienza nel costruire e mantenere relazioni durature con i clienti, dimostrando fiducia, credibilità e un approccio centrato sul cliente.
