**CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST**:
Per potenziare il nostro Team nell'area Construction & Maintenance siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa che si occupi di Construction Specialist.
Collaborando direttamente con il Responsabile e coordinandosi con i colleghi della funzione, la risorsa nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Valutazione della fattibilità técnica e costruttiva dei progetti inerenti gli STORES;
- Gestione delle procedure di costruzione aperture dei negozi;
- Gestione delle gare d'appalto;
- Coordinamento lavori con le proprietà/pilotage;
- Gestione e coordinamento tecnico delle imprese appaltate e dei general contractors;
- Verifica della tempistica e della qualità del lavoro svolto dalle imprese appaltate;
- Gestione, monitoraggio e ottimizzazione dei costi;
- Gestione e coordinamento degli interventi di manutenzione dei punti vendita;
**Chi cerchiamo**:
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo presso Aziende del Settore Retail;
- Competenze specifiche di area técnica acquisite sul campo e percorso di studi in linea con le conoscenze previste dal ruolo;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, nello specifico Excel;
- Capacità organizzative e propensione al problem solving;
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte per le aperture dei punti vendita.

- Contratto di lavoro full time e a tempo determinato 6 mesi con finalità di stabilizzazione.
- 40h settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00.
