Quick Algorithm Analytics is searching for a talented, motivated and entrepreneurial Business Analyst.

This person will be key in supporting the company's growth and in delivering digital transformation and data analysis projects, ensuring that our clients make the most out of the potential of their data and our AI and IoT technologies.

This role represents a great learning and growth opportunity that will allow you to learn about a start-up's life from all angles by supporting the CEO and the Head of Growth in various management activities of the company, from finance to project management, from business planning to operations.

You will also work closely with the Business Development and Engineering teams. We will rely on you to contribute to our priorities and help us grow. The ideal candidate should be positive, adaptable and proactive.

We have developed Scops , a SaaS solution that helps manufacturing and industrial companies collect and analyze data from their industrial assets for energy efficiency and predictive maintenance.

As the Quick Algorithm team is still small and rapidly growing, your work will have a big impact on the whole company and you will have the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Graduated/ing with Business or Technology focus Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Power Point/Google Slides Strong interest in software, Industrial Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence industry Excellent verbal, listening, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks Problem solving ability and flexibility in handling new situations Initiative and ability to work independently Willingness to take on challenges in the dynamic environment of a growing start-up Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (B2 or higher)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT QUICK ALGORITHM Assisting the CEO and Head of Growth in defining and implementing our growth strategy\ Supporting the team in various consultancy and project management activities for our digital transformation and data analysis projects with key clients Preparing material and presentations to support the team and meetings with clients Creating reports and doing market research to support product development and market analysis Supporting the preparation and maintenance of the Business Plan and related documentation Supporting fundraising activities and investors' relations management Supporting the definition and implementation of procedures for a growing company
