Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our

Italy Customer Operations team.

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.In Customer Operations you will have the opportunity to work with whole marketing dept, knowing deeply customer and seller needs, in order to have a

360° vision of business and build up your employability. Furthermore, you will contribute to customer operations strategy implementation to continuously improve the investments efficiency.
You'll be in charge of

  • Managing and coordinating the go to market communication to Field Managers and shops of new marketing activities;
  • Tracking & monitoring of performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
  • Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
  • Budget keeping and administrative tasks.

You are the right person if you:

  • Have a degree in Economics, Management, Marketing;
  • Possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel);
  • Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
  • Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive;
  • Are business performance/marketing/analytics passionate and fast learner.
