SERVICE ENGINEER/TECNICO ASSISTENZA.

La figura ricercata, riportando al Responsabile Service di Sede e inserito all'interno di un team, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Fornire supporto tecnico/informativo alle agenzie di vendita, clienti, distributori e studi tecnici in merito alle specifiche di prodotto ed alle possibili configurazioni, da remoto e sul campo;
- redigere relazioni tecniche sugli interventi svolti, verificare e approvare i costi degli interventi in garanzia;
- collaborare con altri enti aziendali al fine di capitalizzare i problemi riscontrati in campo per il miglioramento

continuo dei prodotti;
- preparare e tenere corsi di aggiornamento ai tecnici service dei clienti.

diploma e/o laurea a indirizzo elettrico/elettronico, energetico, termotecnico, meccanico;
esperienza pregressa nella risoluzione di problemi o malfunzionamenti in modo diretto o guidando dei tecnici sul campo, preferibilmente nel settore HVAC;
conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
conoscenza buona della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
disponibilità a brevi trasferte, anche all'Estero, per un complessivo 30% del tempo lavorativo.

Completano il profilo buona propensione al problem solving, capacità comunicative e relazionali, proattività.

Luogo di lavoro:
Milano, con trasferte bimensili presso l'HQ in provincia di Udine.
