We are currently seeking a IT Planning Tech Specialist who will report to the IT Operational S&OP Service Owner as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

To support a, Kering is heavily investing in its IT landscape to support Brands' growth at a global and multi-brand level, across all functional domains.


More specifically, the Group is reinforcing his capabilities in the area of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) enabling an ambitious target operating model focused on integration and collaboration across the brand organizations.


We are currently seeking a Planning Solutions IT Specialist who will report to the IT Operational S&OP Service Owner as part of our dynamic team in Milan.


  • Your opportunity_


You will work in the new Sales & Operations Planning domain and will be in charge of the solutions based on the Board platform.

You will collaborate with the Sales & Operations Planning Team to align the Group's planning processes and previsions and to guarantee the success of the Sales & Operations Planning Program.


  • How you will contribute_
  • Work on new projects supporting feasibility studies, developing POC and prototypes, challenging third party technical solution proposals and being responsible for the quality of the delivery
  • Conduct maintenance cooperating with second level support, managing change requests either by supervising the solution design or personally providing the implementation, and proposing improvements related to quality or performance
  • Constantly follow the evolutions of the planning solutions and platforms in the area of competence
  • Regularly interface with several internal/external stakeholders (vendors, brands, other tech teams)
  • Who you are_
  • Knowledgeable of software engineering, data modelling and analytics
  • Scientific/Technical Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Inspired by the opportunity to combine technical and business competences
  • Available to attend a dedicated training to become a Board Expert and Developer (Board is the planning framework currently adopted)
  • Motivated to join the Information Technology department of a multinational and dynamic context
  • A good team player
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of French as a plus
