**Cosa stiamo cercando?**

Per il Servizio **Gestione Ricerca e Controllo di Gestione**, UniSR ricerca una/un **Project Manager** che si occuperà di gestire le attività legate ai bandi di finanziamento alla ricerca europei ed internazionali.

Un'interessante opportunità per inserirsi in un contesto internazionale, dinamico e innovativo, con la grande possibilità di mettersi in gioco, incrementando competenze tecniche e relazionali.

**Principali attività**:
La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell'**Ufficio Ricerca**, e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- supporto allo sviluppo della proposta per la presentazione di progetti finanziati da programmi europei (es. Horizon Europe) ed internazionali;
- gestione dei rapporti coi partner progettuali;
- strutturazione del budget di progetto;
- monitoraggio delle fasi di avanzamento delle attività;
- predisposizione documentazione amministrativa in fase di rendicontazione.

**Requisiti**:

- Titolo di studio pari o superiore alla laurea;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
- Master o corsi di perfezionamento specifici saranno considerati un plus.

**Competenze tecniche**:

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)

**Competenze trasversali**:

- Capacità analitiche, flessibilità e problem solving;
- Proattività, motivazione e spirito innovativo;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Ottime capacità relazionali.
