Order & Contract Management

Principali Attività
- Realizzare le attività di data management per ordini e contratti relativi ai clienti assegnati, risolvendo efficacemente eventuali problematiche e discrepanze;
- Gestire e indirizzare richieste e domande da parte dei clienti assegnati relativamente a consegne, ordini, contratti, spedizioni, reclami;
- Verificare la correttezza e completezza della documentazione relativa agli ordini, gestendo compiutamente eventuali modifiche, cancellazioni, ritardi;
- Garantire la tempestività e correttezza delle consegne, spedizioni e fatturazione verso i clienti
- Relazionarsi efficacemente con tutte le organizzazione aziendali per l'esecuzione dei processi interfunzionali assegnati

Requisiti:

- Titolo di studio: Diploma o Laurea;
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di 2 o 3 anni
- Buone conoscenze informatiche: MS Office e preferibile conoscenza CRM
- Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese

Si offre un contratto iniziale fino a fine Luglio 2024.

Oraio di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:00/9:30 alle 17/18:30 con 1 ora di pausa
