MACHINING/TECHNOLOGY SUBCONTRACTORS BUYER - ACQUISITORE LAVORAZIONI ESTERNE
La risorsa nello specifico:
Provvede alle attività di acquisto delle lavorazioni conto terzi dei prodotti, seguendo le istruzioni del responsabile in modo da garantire l'ottimizzazione qualitativa, quantitativa, economica e finanziaria.
Responsabilità e Compiti Principali
Elabora e finalizza richieste di acquisto ed emette ordini di materiali e lavorazioni meccaniche, per il prodotto di sua competenza.
Valuta i fornitori e supporta e si coordina per le azioni degli Ispettori di Qualità.
Monitora l'andamento dei prezzi presso i fornitori di sua competenza.
Effettua ricerche di mercato allo scopo di ricercare opportunità di approvvigionamento più favorevoli.
Collabora con la Direzione Tecnica anche nella ricerca di fornitori dotati di tecnologie innovative.
Effettua o richiede attività di expediting.
Collabora con il responsabile nella definizione dei servizi d'acquisto, elaborando proposte alternative per quanto di competenza.
Assicura il funzionamento delle unità produttive, garantendo l'approvvigionamento dei lavorati di sua competenza.
Rileva a sistema, sulla base dei cicli di lavorazione MRP, dei piani ITP o recepisce le esigenze delle unità produttive, nella definizione di quantità, caratteristiche tecniche, standard qualitativi, tempi di consegna e di logística.
Supporta i Coordinatori della Produzione e il Project Management nella risoluzione di tutte le problematiche di competenza.
Contribuisce al controllo dei consuntivi di commessa e all'approntamento di preventivi e stime di costo.
Rileva e si coordina con le funzioni dedicate per le esigenze di rifornimento di produzione e le relative necessità logistiche.
Contribuisce alla determinazione delle politiche di pagamento ai fornitori dei prodotti di sua competenza, garantendo la salvaguardia delle convenienze finanziarie dell'Azienda, secondo le indicazioni ricevute dal Responsabile.
Integra tutte le attività finalizzate a garantire il rispetto delle consegne contrattuali e dei requisiti tecnico-qualitativi delle forniture aziendali.
Negozia con i fornitori il miglior compromesso di tempi e costi per le prestazioni di sua competenza.
Requisiti
Diploma discuola media superiore O Laurea a indirizzo tecnico/scientifico (preferenziale).
Esperienza pluriennale nel settore acquisti di componenti meccanici (preferenziale).
Conoscenze specifiche:
Inglese, autonomia di comunicazione in ambito tecnico.
Tecniche di negoziazione di acquisto.
Strumenti informatici e pacchetto MS Office.
Comprensione del disegno tecnico.
Elaborazione richiesta d'offerta ai fornitori.
Valutazione delle offerte dei fornitori.
Caratteristiche tecniche e tecnologiche delle lavorazioni di acquisto di sua pertinenza.
