DutiesYou will be responsible for all matters pertaining to the analysis of the command reserve management program (CRMP), active duty operational support (ADOS) program, and audit of reserve resources, requirements and capabilities.

You will develop, document, incorporate, track and revise reserve ADOS requirements.
You will conduct continual assessment and analysis of CRMP discretionary and entitled funds.
You will provide recommendations on how best to shape training and billet structure to support emerging operational support requirements.
You will participate in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process by providing reserve capabilities and resourcing requirements to positively impact Security
Cooperation resourcing.
You will work with stakeholders to align and execute all elements of readiness to effectively deploy combat-ready forces.

You will work to identify requirements, develop and validate executable POM solutions (based on cost, schedule and performance), acquire training content, and provide training effectiveness assessments.

You will be responsible for planning, developing, validating and administering all military and civilian manpower programs for assigned activities.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required. The incumbent can
anticipate varying degrees of mental strains and physical stress due to short deadlines and the need to
develop and brief, as well as revise programs, plans, schedules, and budgets in response to unanticipated
actions, to include but not limited to reprogramming decisions at higher management levels to address
emergent requirements. The incumbent must have the ability to respond to quick demands on short
notice and be in good physical condition to travel to domestic and worldwide localities in order to
participate in conferences, seminars, site visits, and visits to Naval vessels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The office setting will be located at NSA Naples, Italy. As mission requirements dictate, the incumbent will
also be assigned temporary duty within, as well as, outside the continental United States. Member may
deploy onboard a Command Flagship or other US Naval vessel. Most work is performed in an open office
setting or conference room which can be noisy with multiple distractions. Overtime assignments may be
required due to the complexity and sensitivity of a task. Periodic travel is required.

NATO SOFA Statement:

Component in a host nation of any person who holds dual citizenship of the
