The Quality, Environmental Safety Specialist and Control Analyst will report to the Quality Manager within the Supply Chain function and will be responsible for supporting Quality, Environmental and Safety for the Videotec headquarters located in Schio, Italy.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support production departments;
- Conduct internal audits of corporate management systems;
- Conduct external audits of suppliers for their evaluation
- Interface with suppliers
- Maintain and update documentation related to compliance and noncompliance management, environmental permits, environmental and safety legislative compliance
- Monitor deadlines; assist in managing training of internal and external personnel on safety and environmental issues
- Draft, update and manage procedures, operating instructions and system documentation related to Quality, Environment and Safety;
- Periodically define, report and analyze business process performance indicators
- Collaborate in analyzing the causes of customer complaints and problems encountered in business processes, working with other business functions involved in the resolution process;
- Interface with external control bodies in relation to Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety issues.
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of Italian law and language
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer tools;
- Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and Quality, Environment and Safety management systems;
- Good ability to use major measuring instruments;
- Preferential requirement: electronic knowledge, hw/sw;
- English language level B2 and native/fluent Italian.
- Technical diploma/ Bachelor's degree with an engineering/economic focus
- Preferably qualified as a 1st/2nd party auditor according to ISO 19011:201
- Excellent problem solving skills
