  • You will be part of the R&D TEAM in Pianezza Site
    Responsibilities:
  • Complying with processes and Design Rules:
  • Perform or support Optics design simulations/coding/validation
  • Perform or support Optics design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies
  • Perform or support Optics tests
  • Accountable for:
  • Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
  • In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets
  • Support technical architecture and standards assignments
  • Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers
Qualifications - External

  • Degree in Engineering/technical field.
  • Two years experience in design and development in automotive or related optical engineering fields.
  • Experience with nonimaging optics and photometric measurement systems.
  • Experience with 3D CAD systems, CATIA-V5 preferred.
  • Experience with optical design and simulation software
  • Experience with design of automotive exterior lighting is preferred.
  • Understanding of exterior automotive regulations is highly desired.
  • Problem solving, communication, project management, and team player skills are highly desired.
