- Laurea Magistrale in Laurea in Ingneria Civile/Meccanica/Automazione/Chimica oppure Laurea in Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di Lavoro. Requisito preferibile: Master post laurea in Sicurezza e prevenzione nell'ambiente di lavoro

- Conoscenze sulla valutazione dei rischi associati ad un macchinario o un cantiere.
- Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Conoscenza informatica, soprattutto Microsoft Office, word, excel
- Pensiero critico, problem solving
- Essere precisi e orientati al risultato
- Mentalità positiva, aperta e trasparente

**Contesto**

Il dipartimento di Engineering è responsabile della gestione di tutte le nuove implementazioni di processo, impianti, nuove tecnologie e della consegna E2E ( end to end ) dei progetti di capitale nel rispetto degli standards di sicurezza del sito vaccini R&D di Siena. All'interno di un ambiente in continuo cambiamento e all'avanguardia da un punto di vista tecnologico e dello sviluppo, viene ricercata la figura per il supporto alla creazione e standardizzazione di nuovi formati gestionali, visual management e continous improvement della engineering compliance del sito di Siena.

**Attività**

Il progetto prevede la collaborazione per la creazione e implementazione di una modalità gestionale delle linee guida di safety engineering del sito di Siena, in ottica di continous improvement, con l'obbiettivo del go-live di nuovi sistemi per il miglioramento del visual management e del mantenimento degli standards di compliance. L'aspettativa è quella di realizzare, in supporto all'engineering dpt, un processo standard per la gestione dei documenti di safety compliance che ne garantisca l'applicazione uniforme e la gestione interattiva/real time dei cantieri e dei PTW.

**Competenze da sviluppare**

Possibilità di conoscenza dell'ambiente vaccines, R&D, TD e GMP. Conoscenza procedure e SOP Gmp e non GMP. Apprendimento processi preliminari e gestionali di piccole e medie implementazioni di ingegneria in ambiente Vaccini e Progetti di capitale, compliance e HSE standards.
