Stiamo cercando 1 Customer&Business Technical Support. La persona lavorerà presso il cliente 5/5 e si occuperà di assistenza técnica per un'importante cliente pharma a Sesto Fiorentino.

**Ti occuperai inoltre di**:
Assistenza onsite HW e SW ad utenti standard e VIP sui client PC/Mac, stampanti, dispositivi mobili e relativi applicativi.

**Supporto tecnico ambito video conference del Management**:
Pianificazione e monitoraggio attività ticketing di primo e secondo livello
Consulenza al cliente su iniziative speciali

Cosa vorremmo trovare in te?
Laurea in Informatica o affini
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella stessa mansione in società strutturate
Flessibilità, forte interesse e passione per le nuove tecnologie in generale
Conoscenze approfondite in ambito client Windows ed applicativi office
Buona conoscenza dei dispositivi apple
Ottima conoscenza di O365
Buona conoscenza di piattaforme di onlinemeeting
Conoscenza delle basi di hardware informatico, installazione driver e software
Conoscenze di base di reti e software di sicurezza
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
