As part of our Sales Service, this position will report to the Sales Director International Markets and will be responsible of a group of distributors/markets, acting as the key reference person for local partners and fully in charge of the arena business development in the region.


Main activities & accountabilities:

Develop a deep knowledge of the assigned markets, also visiting the distributors on a regular basis
Define the best development strategy for each market and the sales targets, in partnership with distributors
Support the distributors in the execution of the strategy, with an active participation in the relationship with key customers
Execute on-going business analysis by market / product category, with the aim to get appropriate learning to be properly translated into indicated actions, sales and trade marketing plans, in close cooperation with the Sales Director International Markets

Submit proposals and recommendations to the Sales Director International Markets on sales fundamentals (distribution/pricing/in-store presence), in order to drive the Company to achieve and maintain a significant advantage vs.

Cooperate with internal teams of Marketing, Supply Chain and AFC, to facilitate the achievement of business goals and assure an accurate management of the distributors/markets
Promote and realise ideas/suggestions, aiming at improving arena market share and brand awareness in the region
Ensure a benchmarking analysis concerning competitive trade terms, sales incentive plans, in-store supports

Requirements:

Degree in Economics or related disciplines
A post-graduate Master in Marketing/Trade Marketing could be a competitive advantage
4-6 years of experience in Sales/Key Account roles, preferably in Fast-Moving consumer goods or within the têxtile/fashion/sportswear industry
Fluent in English both spoken and written, knowledge of another European language is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent knowledge of distributors/retailers mindset and operational framework
Ability with budgeting/reporting/business planning procedures, as well as with market analysis
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Positive attitude and focus on business
Project Management attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to travel
Experience and passion for sports preferred
