Attività del Ruolo:
Inquanto Gestisce le iniziative digitali, tecnologiche e di innovazione per le famiglie professionali indicate, raccogliendo le esigenze di implementazione/evoluzione e definire i requisiti, indirizzandole verso il Digital Business Partner; svolge il program management delle iniziative
- Monitorare e analizzare l'evoluzione e il governo tecnologico sui prodotti verticali.
- Supportare il responsabile nell'individuazione di sinergie intersettoriali sui prodotti verticali di competenza.
- Garantire il supporto tecnico specialistico in materia del prodotto verticale, a sostegno delle attività di Gruppo, anche attraverso la predisposizione di modelli di calcolo per la redditività degli investimenti nel settore, le analisi dei costi e dei prezzi.
- Assicurare la massima creazione di valore dei prodotti e sistemi digitali e tecnologici, anche a ricaduta digitale, assumendone la piena accountability, proponendo alle competenti strutture di TID gli obiettivi e le priorità del percorso evolutivo in coerenza con le esigenze del business.
- Assicurare, per il perimetro di competenza, la definizione del Piano dei fabbisogni, il program management delle iniziative ed elaborare il MasterPlan di FS S.p.A.; curare il monitoraggio tempi/costi/KPI dei progetti di competenza.
- Curare l'attività di demand per le iniziative digitali, nonché la proposta di requisiti funzionali relativi alle iniziative tecnologiche di rilevanza societaria.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Informatica o materie scientifiche affini.
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo.
- Capacità di Business Analysis and Modelling e ICT Strategic Planning.
- Capacità di Innovation Enabling e Innovation Management.
- Capacità di valutazione delle implicazioni della Corporate Social Responsibility e dei temi di Sviluppo Sostenibile per l'ICT.
- Analisi di processi di business per ottimizzare le soluzioni tecnologiche.
- Capacità di definizione di processi, modelli e KPI per la valutazione delle performance dei processi digitali e del loro livello di affidabilità, al fine di monitorarne l'andamento e definire eventuali piani di miglioramento in caso di criticità.
- Conoscenza dei domini in ambito Data Governance & Management.
- Competenza sulle principali piattaforme Cloud.
- Conoscenza di modelli di Intelligenza Artificiale, Machine Learning e Large Language Model.
- Conoscenza delle principali normative sulla protezione dei dati.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale il conseguimento di un master o una specializzazione post lauream in materie attinenti al ruolo e/o Certificazioni in ambito.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'aver conseguito Certificazioni in ambito ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, TOGAF.
