Your Role For our digital department, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

S/he will coach the organization and support the scrum teams – the Product Owners and Developers – in the pursuit of continuously improving product development through understanding and applying agile and Scrum principles, practices and methods.

The Scrum Master is a modern-day leader who uses professional mentoring techniques to promote co-participation in order to get the best contribution from all team members and achieve business value.

S/he helps to create an atmosphere where teams can be effective and evolve in the work that they do. S/he will work to remove impediments that stand in the way of the team's success.
S/he also helps the organization to become a fertile ecosystem for agility, coaching and teaching at various levels and departments in the company

In particular S/he:


Guides the Developers and the surrounding organization to continuously improve by applying the principles, practices and methods of agility and ScrumObserves with a critical spirit, the day-to-day working of the teamGives feedback to the team on what and how to improve in their day-to-day workTeaches the team how to interact amongst themselves (collaboration) and with the organizationDeals with conflict in a constructive way and facilitate meetingsCares about motivation (both at team and individual level)Acts as a change agent and evangelist for agilityEmbraces an entrepreneurial spirit to studying and learning in order to identify new ways of continuous improvementYour Profile 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience, Scrum master certification is considered a plusStrong implementation of the theory, practices, principles and methods of agility and ScrumExperience working in software product development teams, ideally in medium to large-size product development groups that were applying agility and Scrum principles and practicesExcellent communication skills and capability of interfacing with various organizational rolesGreat mentoring and coaching skills and good facilitation skillsKnowledge of common approaches in the Agile space such as XP, Kanban, and Lean and understanding of the appropriate context for their benefitsExperience in numerous, well-documented patterns and techniques used by software product development teams working with agile methods (such as retrospective formats, backlog creation techniques, estimation techniques)Experience in MOM product development is a plusEducation in coaching and mentoring is a plusPossibility of working in a hybrid modeYour Working environment Körber Technologies Digital Srl, part of Körber AG, is a company specializes in system integration, industrial software, and tailored solutions for production and operations management, in many business segments, globally.
