Per un nostro cliente, multinazionale inglese, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**Accounts Payable Specialist**

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Finance Manager, sarà inserita all'interno dell'Area Amministrativa e avrà il compito principale di gestire le attività di contabilità del ciclo passivo.

Principali mansioni:

- registrazione delle fatture del ciclo passivo, anche UE ed extra-UE;
- gestione ritenute d'acconto professionisti;
- registrazione dei costi in contabilità analitica e per centro di costo;
- contabilizzazione prima nota inclusi stanziamenti di fine anno (fatture da ricevere, ratei e risconti) e stanziamenti per bilanci mensili;
- riconciliazione estratti conto fornitori e gestione rapporti con i fornitori;

Requisiti:

- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contabilità;
- Precisione, adattabilità e doti di pianificazione personale.
