Il/la Production Manager riporta al District Manager per l'area di competenza.

Il ruolo prevede la supervisione delle Facility ABG, con particolare focus sulle attività assegnate agli outsourcers ed al mantenimento della struttura in piena efficienza nei confronti dei quali la posizione rappresenta l'interfaccia aziendale.

**Aree di responsabilità**:

- Follow up sui Fornitori di servizi connessi all'Approntamento, Pulizia, Manutenzione Trasferimento auto
- Gestione dei contratti di manutenzione a livello local
- Pianificazione flussi di lavoro, priorità (tempi e metodi), allocazione di risorse umane, infleeting e defleeting
- Controllo dei costi e monitoraggio del loro allineamento al plan

**Le attività**:

- Ricevere la lista daily check out e valutare la priorità di approntamento vetture in base all'ordine di uscite delle vetture (Comunicazione Costante con i referenti territoriali)
- Gestione disponibilità carburanti, Supervisione manutenzione impianto erogazione carburante e riconciliazione carburanti erogati
- Controllo efficienza e piano manutenzione programmata impianti lavaggio vetture e debowsing
- Gestione magazzino ricambi destinati al lavaggio/debowsing
- Supervisione manutenzione impianto sicurezza passiva facility (sbarre ingresso, telecamere, perimetro esterno)
- Audit qualità vetture pronte vs standard ABG
- Approvvigionamento kit pneumatici
- Gestione e formazione del team area Return (5-10 persone)
- Gestione e controllo ordine materiale armamento
- Gestione smaltimento rifiuti speciali (cassone SD, neon, toner ecc.)
- Recupero /addebiti danni causati da cooperative per navettamento
- Recuperi/addebiti danni da trasporto con bisarca per vetture nuove/bb
- Verifica degli impianti in gestione Ditte di Manutenzioni contrattizzate
- Controllo e verifica di tutta la documentazione autorizzativa del distretto
- Coordinamento manutenzioni di legge per particolari impianti
- Verifica Fornitore Servizi Sicurezza Apt ( DGS )
- Analisi dati NPS ed identificazione azioni migliorative (Vehicle Condition and Cleanliness)
- Valutazione turni drivers/washers in condivisione con District Manager
- Identificazione necessità di implementazione turni outsourcer estesi in stagione
- Supervisione efficienza Ready Line
- Follow up su damage detection agli addetti car-care
- Gestione oggetti lost & found rinvenuto in Facility
- Gestione e controllo ordine e lavaggio baby seat

**Requisiti minimi**:

- Diploma
- Preferibile esperienza (da 1-3 anni) nel controllo della produzione all'interno di contesti produttivi (automotive, manufatturiero etc..)
- Capacità di negoziazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di flussi di lavoro e nella gestione di risorse
