La figura sarà inserita all'interno di un team affiatato, responsabile dell'organizzione di tutte le spedizioni road a livello internazionale e avrà modo di confrontarsi con diverse funzioni aziendali, clienti, fornitori e corrispondenti esteri.

Dopo opportuno affiancamento e formazione avrà modo di occuparsi delle attività connesse alle spedizioni via terra internazionali.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'**
- Inserimento e gestione a sistema delle richieste di spedizione in import o in export su ruota a livello internazionale
- Gestione dei rapporti con agenti e corrispondenti esteri e/o con referenti di altre società del gruppo.
- Gestione dei rapporti con i referenti dei vari autotrasportatori italiani ed esteri utilizzati per il trasporto.
- Ottimizzazione, attraverso la corretta interazione con il personale di magazzino, dei carichi all'interno del mezzo.
- Preparazione e corretta compilazione di tutti i documenti necessari alla spedizione (rapportandosi anche con il team dogana dove necessario) e consegna di questi all'autista.
- Controllo marginalità della spedizione, registrazione dei costi di spedizione, fatturazione

**REQUISITI PROFESSIONALI ED ATTITUDINALI**
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Plus gradito la conoscenza di una seconda lingua, tra tedesco, francese, spagnolo
- Disponibilità oraria full time
- Interesse per il mondo delle spedizioni internazionali
