We're an expanding team searching for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico Notturno in the Operations department to support us in our mission to transform road freight logistics. This role is based in our Milan office.ABOUT THE ROLE
As Disponente Ufficio Traffico Notturno, you'll focus on key responsibilities like managing relationships with carriers to support our rapid growth.
You'll collaborate closely with the operations principal, finance, and quality teams to ensure top-notch transport service and quality.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:- Enhance our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners;
- Oversee daily transports in Italy and address carrier inquiries;
- Utilize your knowledge of partner businesses to spot opportunities and provide solutions;
- Handle day-to-day operations tasks.
- Proficiency in using data to analyze key metrics (Excel)
- Effective workload and priority management skills
- Familiarity with transport regulations and geography
- 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier
- Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organized approach
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Mediation and claims management skills
- Pricing capacity and transport rules knowledge (a plus)
