We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Manager to lead and oversee the development of application systems, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the Java ecosystem on microservices architectures and major cloud providers, along with exceptional leadership and client management skills.

You will get the chance to:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Back End systems on microservices architectures and cloud platforms;

Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development and architecture;

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions;

Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure their satisfaction;

Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project goals;

Identify and promptly mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Back End development using microservices architecture (Java, Spring Boot);

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices;

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes);

Proven experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team effectively;

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
