• We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Logistics Hub in Sedico (BL).

As Customs Compliance Coordinator you will manage and coordinate communication and projects with logistics regions to accomplish global Logistics goals.

This will require to collect, analyze, and develop Customs Compliance monitoring tools and reports to ensure Customs formalities and performances are in line with laws and business requirements to be then presented to mid-upper management on a regular basis

You wil contribute to develop strong Global Customs compliance framework including but not limited to self-auditing system, opportunity to join Customs partnership programs, ensure global and local SOP are in place to conduct Customs related topic.

Moreover, you will
- support regional transportation managers and Sourcing team to define terms and condition for Customs brokerage service
- manage analytics relevant expenditure of brokerage piece at Global level (clearing and duties)
- support Customs Compliance Mgr in, and when needed lead Customs related streams within Network but in any project requiring Customs assessment/impact/set up.

• You have midlong experience in Customs topics, top if developed within Customs Brokers firms in North American and European environments and for multiple commodities
• You are highly committed and oriented to achieve results through teamwork approach into a multifunctional and global community
• You are familiar with "floor" Customs operations and management of specific Customs regimes (Bonded DCs, FTZ etc )
• You are used of common ERPs (SAP), office tools (excel, power point, outlook)
• You are fluent in English speaking and writing (French would be a huge qualifying plus)
• You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done
