**REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST**
**Posizione**:
La persona inserita nell'area Investimenti e Business Development supporterà il Responsabile dell'area nell'attività di investimento e strutturazione di nuovi Fondi, occupandosi di:
- Scouting di nuove opportunità di investimento ed analisi di mercato, trend di riferimento, posizionamenti competitivi;
- Analisi economica/finanziaria sulla redditività attuale e potenziale degli immobili;
- Gestione e coordinamento nel processo di due diligence tecniche e legali;
- Analisi delle attività tecniche ed amministrative di gestione e valorizzazione di patrimoni immobiliari;
- Strutturazione, execution e monitoraggio delle operazioni di investimento;
- Predisposizione dei documenti a supporto delle fasi deliberative degli investimenti;
- Predisposizione e aggiornamento reportistica per gli Investitori in coordinamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali e delle partecipate coinvolte.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea magistrale in ingegneria civile/gestionale, architettura, economia o equivalenti;
- Titolo preferenziale possesso di un Master in ambito Real Estate;
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nel settore SGR Real Estate;
- Esperienza e competenza in valutazione di un'operazione di investimento immobiliare sotto tutti i profili (finanziario, tecnico, mercato);
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, preferibile avanzata di power point ed excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
