Ruolo
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team amministrativo e si occuperà delle seguenti principali mansioni e responsabilità:
Implementazione delle politiche di gestione delle Risorse Umane in ottica di ottimizzazione delle performance aziendali;
Gestione del piano di assunzioni, inserimenti e uscite e della politica salariale e del piano retributivo, in conformità con i principi di equità e competitività del mercato del lavoro;
Monitoraggio e valutazione delle performance dei dipendenti (performance management);
Amministrazione delle paghe e gestione degli aspetti giuridici;
Gestione dei rapporti con gli organi di rappresentanza sindacale;
Predisposizione e gestione di tutta la documentazione relativa al rapporto di lavoro (assunzione, trasformazione, cessazione);
Analisi del costo del lavoro, essenziale per la definizione delle strategie aziendali, e gestionedel budget del personale;
Assicurazione della corretta applicazione del contratto collettivo;
Gestione del personale, delle presenze e delle buste paga;
Aggiornamento dei dati relativi a salari, stipendi, contributi, TFR e adempimenti fiscali.
Laurea in Economia e Commercio, Giurisprudenza o Materie Umanistiche;
Buona conoscenza del quadro normativo e regolamentare in materia di lavoro;
Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata presso aziende strutturate, modernamente organizzate e fortemente orientate al mercato, operanti preferibilmente nel settore consulenziale (società o studi di consulenza);
Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative, nonché attitudine a lavorare sotto stress e con scadenze ravvicinate;
Costituisce una valore aggiunto il favorire un buon clima lavorativo, migliorando i rapporti interpersonali e valorizzando i talenti e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
