RECEPTIONIST

Joining forces with Juneco, a leading network in surgery and aesthetic medicine in Italy, with 7 centers and over 600 procedures performed. Juneco operates within some of Italy's top shopping centers, aiming to make top treatments accessible to a wider audience. Their philosophy revolves around guiding patients through personalized journeys that enhance natural beauty, ensuring harmonious results.

Working hours: part-time 24/30 hours from Monday to Sunday on continuous shifts with one or two rest days.

Responsibilities

What will you be responsible for?

You will join a dynamic team of 4 Receptionists: 2 full-time including one in charge, and 2 part-time exclusively covering opening or closing shifts. Specifically, your tasks will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers;
• Accounting activities;
• Achieving set visit targets;
• Attracting new customers;
• Making phone contacts with potential clients.
